HERSTORY

Charlene, professionally known as Officialcharlene, is an English and Welsh singer-songwriter whose work crosses pop, electronic dance, garage, R&B, hip-hop and cinematic music.

Alongside her own artist career she is the founder and sole trader behind LostAtlantisRecords, a management and artist-development company established in 2017 to support singers, songwriters, DJs, bands and emerging creative talent.

Her music draws from a wide range of influences and often explores identity, emotional wellbeing, spirituality, ancestry, history and personal experience. Her work includes releases such as Truth of a Warrior, Complicated, HER-STORY and Take Me Away, alongside collaborations and projects involving artists and industry figures across the UK and internationally.

Her wider creative world combines music with historical and genealogical research, spiritual exploration and visual storytelling. Through Officialcharlene, LostAtlantisRecords and the White Crown Expedition, she develops interconnected stories and creative realms that move between music, heritage, imagination and lived experience.

A graduate of Music Industry Practice, Charlene holds an Honours degree and a Master's degree with Distinction. Her work has been featured through radio, live venues and independent media, and her music has been available through HMV and online music platforms.

The aim is simple: to create original work that tells a story, connects different worlds and gives audiences something distinctive to step into.
